All goods supplied are as specified in our current catalogue and samples of bulk orders can be sent upon request.
Orders can be made up to the customers own specifications and these should be confirmed in discussion with a member of staff and then confirmed in writing by both parties.
If you wish to cancel your order at any time please do so in writing to the above postal address or by email no later than 14 days before your order is due for delivery. Cancellation will not be acceptable after this time as the goods are made to order.
If you are not satisfied with your goods and if they are returned to us, unworn and in the same condition as which they left us, then we will refund your money within 30 days of receipt of goods.
Card payments will be authorised online and payment will be debited from your account within 2-3 working days. Should any goods be out of stock your card will not be debited and you will be contacted via E-mail.
Regulations make it safer for you to use your credit/debit card on the Internet and over the phone for mail order shopping.
If someone else makes dishonest or fraudulent use of your payment card for any form of home shopping you can cancel the payment and the card issuer must refund the money to your account.
